What are your shipping methods?

All our products are sent by express couriers. If the product is in stock, delivery usually takes place within 3 or 4 business days.

Delivery is made by a single person (with no agreed-upon delivery time) and the order will be left at the front door of the building or house. When the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number specifying the delivery date. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday.



 
 

When will I receive my order?

>

We work with 90% of our products in stock. If we have the product in stock, you will receive it within 3 or 4 working days.

You will find the delivery date of the product both in the data sheet of each product and in the last step of your order process. In the event your basket contains more than one product, you will be able to see the delivery date of all the products in the last step of the order process.

Once the order payment has been verified, you will receive an email with more detailed information about the delivery date. When the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a new email from the courier specifying the delivery date. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday on business days.



 
 

How can I check the status of my order?

>

Log into your account, in the "My orders" section you can check the status of your order. Every time there is a change in the status of your order you will also receive an email containing all the information. Your order will be in one of the following statuses:

- Payment accepted: we have correctly received your order and it is already being prepared in our warehouse.

- Awaiting payment via bank transfer: we have received your order correctly but have not yet received payment. This happens when you have selected the transfer payment method. If we do not receive it within 5 days, the order will be cancelled.

- Updated: Your order has already been prepared by the warehouse and is waiting to be picked up by the courier.

- Cancelled: your order has been cancelled.

- Ofichairs is coming: your order has been sent, when the order is in this status, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

- Delivery: your order has been delivered.

What should I do when I receive my order?

Upon delivery, check the condition of the products, the intactness of the packaging and that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the consignment note. In the event of any inconsistency, write "I accept with reservation" on the consignment note and also specify the cause.



 
 
 

What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?
